When you join our waitlist we collect your company name, your name, your industry, and your work email address. We use this information solely to contact you about early access to Aurex Horizon.
2. How we use it
Your details are used to manage the waitlist, send you product updates you asked for, and invite you to a pilot. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@aurexhorizon.com with any such request and we will act promptly.
4. Data storage
Waitlist data is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed to run the early-access programme. Our product handles call recordings and customer data under strict controls — including call-recording disclosure and defined retention periods agreed per client — details of which will be published before launch.
